ABOUT Cyrus
Cyrus recently graduated from The University of Washington with a BA in Journalism and Public Interest Communications. He is currently working as a fact checker and freelance writer based out of Queens, NY.
Cyrus comes from a family of immigrants, he was drawn to journalism by the stories they told and a desire to find and tell stories similar to theirs. He is committed to finding stories outside the status quo that focus on human experiences and solution-based journalism.
